We provide occupational therapy services to NDIS participants with plan-managed and self-managed Plans. We use the capacity building budget and follow the NDIS price guidelines.

We are not currently NDIA registered so do not service participants with NDIA managed therapy Plans.

We provide occupational therapy services to Home Care Package recipients, where requested by the registered provider. In the Blackwood Region, we work with InCasa and Belong at Home. In the Southern Forrest region, we work with Manjimup Home and Community Care.

We are registered to provide Medicare services for chronic disease management and DVA . We usually bulk bill this service and remind customers these services are short sessions which require a GP referral and specific goal.

We do not offer mental health services, soft tissue or child development services through Medicare.

Private funding is generally required for local government and businesses requiring access audits and staff education on topics related to disability, ageing or diverse customers. Private funding is common for individuals seeking access advice on private dwellings, or other one-off assessment.

Not everyone is eligible for government funded services and benefits. If you are local to the Blackwood Region and cost is a genuine barrier to getting the support you need, we can have a confidential discussion with you about your circumstances. We may be able to link you in a mainstream service, or provide a specific and reduced cost service option.

Everyone is currently sent an itemized invoice electronically after the service is provided to their nominated email or postal address. We are not offering an instant point-of-sale system like Eftpos or Hicaps, although this may change as demand for private services increases. if you are referred through Medicare, we claim your bulk bill benefit through HPOS.
